From an early age, Amanda’s life was marked by deep loss when her father took his own life. Growing up, she struggled to truly know how loved she was and to grasp the full spectrum of the gospel in her own heart. That ache for wholeness led her down paths of searching—in parties, alcohol, and relationships—hoping to find acceptance and love.

Though she knew of Jesus all her life, it wasn’t until she was 18 that Amanda encountered Him in a real and personal way. For a season, she walked in the fire of new faith, but eventually slipped back into old patterns—knowing He loved her, but not yet walking in the fullness of that love. At 25, she was baptized for the first time, a turning point that marked the beginning of her journey of true devotion.

At 29, God revealed His calling for Amanda’s life: to help women know exactly who they are in Christ, to recognize His voice above the lies of the enemy, and to walk boldly in the identity He designed for them. Out of that passion, She Is was born—a ministry dedicated to awakening women to the freedom, purpose, and love God has spoken over them since before they were formed in their mother’s womb.

Amanda believes that while breaking free from past chains isn’t easy, it is always worth it. Transformation leads to restoration, and restoration leads to freedom. Her heart beats for every woman to experience the kind of healing that brings lasting identity and true wholeness in Christ.
